A program featuring everyday people as well as guests that work within the mental health community, brought together for the purpose of opening dialogue in a very casual setting, that is easily accessible to all. Millions of people (of all ages) deal with varied mental health challenges and we are here to show that no one is alone in that and talking about these issues, is not only helpful but necessary. For far too long, mental health issues have been seen as something to hide because of the stigma that is often attached. It is our mission, to contribute to the current push towards changing that. This week Stephen expresses his frustration with the condoned use of drugs in under age children. We discuss the scientifically back studies that highlight the mental health effects of drug use during the brain development period of minor aged children and beyond. Being "cool" with our teens, is not always in their best interest.
